Refund Policy

1. Scope
This Refund Policy applies to consulting services purchased directly from Flaso via flaso.online.
2. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers residing in the European Union have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days from the date of order, without giving any reason.
By purchasing a service that begins immediately (e.g. a scheduled call within 14 days), you expressly consent to the performance of the service during the withdrawal period and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal will be lost once the service has been fully performed.
3. Refund eligibility
- — Full refund: Requested in writing before any work has begun and before the scheduled consultation.
- — Partial refund: If work has partially started, refunds are prorated based on hours delivered and materials produced.
- — No refund: Once services have been fully rendered, or for missed appointments not rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
4. How to request a refund
Send a written request to info@flaso.online including your name, order reference, and reason. We respond within 5 business days.
5. Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 14 days to the original payment method. Payment processor fees may be deducted where non-refundable to Flaso.
6. Chargebacks
We ask clients to contact us before initiating a chargeback. Most disputes are resolved amicably and quickly through direct communication.
