These Terms govern the provision of consulting services by Flaso ("we") to the client ("you"). By purchasing our services you agree to these Terms.

1. Nature of services

Flaso provides strategic consulting related to European work visas and the formation of consulting businesses. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal representation. Where required, we coordinate with licensed professionals whom you separately engage.

2. Fees & payment

Prices are displayed in EUR on the Services page. Payment is due in full before services are rendered, unless a separate written agreement provides otherwise.

3. Client obligations

You agree to provide complete and accurate information. Flaso is not liable for outcomes affected by omissions or misrepresentations.

4. No guaranteed outcome

Visa approvals and business registrations depend on government authorities. We commit to diligent professional effort, not a specific result.

5. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential and share it only as necessary to perform services or comply with law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flaso's total liability arising from any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Consumer rights guaranteed by the client's country of residence remain unaffected.
